Kevin is that odd person that's passionate about operations. He has had the privilege of working on high impact products and has led large scale operations.
At Amazon, Kevin led teams of area managers and upwards of 600+ team members at a last-mile delivery station as the operations manager. He also led a team of 5 program managers in the development of machine learning based software tools for Amazon’s large scale hiring and recruitment efforts.
At Apple, he led iPhone manufacturing operations and the strategic roadmap planning for existing and future iPhone products. He ran capacity & volume planning for iPhone SE, 11, 12, 13, & 14 and partnered with cross functional partners such as engineering, manufacturing, business ops, and finance.
Prior to working in tech, he held operations management roles in aerospace manufacturing and worked on exciting products such as SpaceX’s Falcon 9 engine and Boeing’s LEAP engine. His background in aerospace engineering has equipped him to apply his data-driven and analytical nature to all of his consulting projects.
Currently Kevin is pursuing his entrepreneurial dreams and running Laminar Logistics, an Amazon Freight Partner operating out of Southern California. You can learn more about Laminar Logistics here.
